Linguini & Meatballs

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 Peeled garlic cloves, sliced
  • 24 oz Tomato and basil pasta sauce
  • 12 Fully cooked meatballs
  • 16 oz Linguine

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, adding salt to water, so it tastes like sea water.
  2. Spray a medium non-stick pan with cooking spray. Cook garlic on medium heat 2 minutes; add the pasta sauce, meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions, about 8 minutes.
  4. Drain pasta and toss with the pasta sauce & meatballs.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; serve hot.
