Unsaved Lemon Shrimp Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Frozen, cooked peeled and deveined shrimp, thawed per pkg. directions
  • 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice, plus 1 tsp of lemon zest
  • 6.8 oz Classic Caesar salad kit, 1 bag

Instructions

  1. Thaw shrimp according to package instructions, place into a bowl, add lemon zest and juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
  2. Prepare Caesar salad kit with all salad components in a serving bowl. Add shrimp and toss to combine. Garnish with fresh cracked black pepper and serve.
