Lemon Melon Drop Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lemon drop dream melon, seeds removed, cut into 1/2 inch cubes or use melon baller
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup H-E-B Creamy Creations Lime Sherbet, softened
  • 2 cups Lemon lime soda, chilled

Instructions

  1. Divide half of the lemon drop melon between 2 tall glasses or mugs and sprinkle with salt. Add reaining melon to blender with sherbet and half of lemon lime soda.
  2. Blend mixture until smooth and pour into each glass.
  3. Pour remaining soda equally into each glass, stir gently and serve immediately.
