Ingredients
- 2 cups H-E-B Organics Pure Cane Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Dried lavender
- 1 cup Lemon(s), juice
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a light simmer, remove from heat and allow syrup to cool.
- Drizzle simple syrup on cakes to keep them moist or use in your favorite cocktail recipes.
- Remove lavender by straining through a fine mesh sieve.
- Store mixture in a resealable container.
