Lemon Lavender Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 tsp Mediterranean sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dried lavender flowers, crushed to a fine powder with the back of a spoon after measuring
  • 2 cups Confectioners powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp Lemon(s), juice and 1 tablespoon of zest

Instructions

  1. Pour confectioners sugar in a medium-sized bowl then add remaining ingredients.
  2. Whisk together well to a pourable consistency. Drizzle over cake or cookies as desired.
