Ingredients
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger root, peeled and finely grated
- 8 oz Lemon Yogurt
- 4 oz Red dragon fruit, cubed
- 4 oz Fresh mango, ripe, cubed
- 4 Medium mint, finely chopped
Instructions
- Stir fresh ginger through yogurt well and set aside.
- Layer yogurt and fruit in a serving glass or bowl and top with fresh mint. Serve immediately.
