Unsaved Lemon Ginger Dragon Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger root, peeled and finely grated
  • 8 oz Lemon Yogurt
  • 4 oz Red dragon fruit, cubed
  • 4 oz Fresh mango, ripe, cubed
  • 4 Medium mint, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Stir fresh ginger through yogurt well and set aside.
  2. Layer yogurt and fruit in a serving glass or bowl and top with fresh mint. Serve immediately.
