Ingredients
- 5/6 lb Asparagus tray with seasoning packet
- 1 tbsp Lemon infused extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 1/4 lb Lemon pepper pork loin filet
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425ºF. Season asparagus with lemon olive oil and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Place roast on a foil-lined sheet pan. Bake uncovered in center of oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, add asparagus, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
