Ingredients

  • 5/6 lb Asparagus tray with seasoning packet
  • 1 tbsp Lemon infused extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 lb Lemon pepper pork loin filet

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425ºF. Season asparagus with lemon olive oil and garlic powder. Set aside.
  2. Place roast on a foil-lined sheet pan. Bake uncovered in center of oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, add asparagus, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
