Leftover Turkey Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 4 cups Whole Milk
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 lb White American cheese, cubed
- 1 tbsp Chicken bouillon
- 4 oz Canned green chilies
- 1 lb Leftover Thanksgiving turkey, chopped, about 3 cups
- 1 lb Bucatini, dry and broken into large pieces
- 2 cups Restaurant Style 50/50 Blend Cheese
- 1 cup Japanese Style Panko Plain Bread Crumbs, any variety works
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Combine milk, heavy cream, white American cheese, chicken broth and canned chilies in a large saucepan. Cook several minutes until cheese has melted completely and is incorporated. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place chopped turkey and broken bucatini in a large casserole dish then pour cheese sauce evenly over the top. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and carefully discard foil. Sprinkle Tex Mex cheese and bread crumbs over the top then bake an additional 15 minutes.
- Rest 10 minutes before serving.
- Chef's Note: This dish can be assembled a few days ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until ready to use.
