Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tsp Knorr ® Chicken flavor Bouillon
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 10 oz Grape tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 can No salt added tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 cups Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp Chopped fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken evenly with 1 1/2 tsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon, then coat with flour, shaking off excess.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 6 minutes, turning once, until browned. Remove to a plate and set aside.
  3. Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in same skillet over high heat and cook tomatoes, tossing occasionally until browned in spots, about 1 minute. Add garlic and cook over medium heat, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, water, heavy cream, remaining 1 tsp. Bouillon, oregano and red pepper flakes and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Return chicken to skillet and cook over medium heat, turning chicken occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes. Add spinach and toss until wilted.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with basil.
