King Ranch Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 16 oz Corn poblano chowder
- 14.5 oz Canned, diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1/4 cup Fresh yellow onion, finely diced
- 12 Corn tortillas, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 385°F.
- In medium bowl combine chicken, soup, tomatoes, and onion, stirring until well blended.
- In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, layer tortilla pieces, soup mixture, and cheese. Repeat for three layers.
- Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
