Kale and Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 cups Baby kale
  • 1 1/2 cups Vanilla soy milk
  • 2 Medium bananas, divided use, 1 sliced for topping
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Pure Honey

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine avocado, kale, soy milk, one banana, ice, and frozen pineapple. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour equal amounts into two separate bowls.
  3. Top both smoothie bowls with kiwi and banana slices, chia and pumpkin seeds, and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
