Unsaved Kalamata Olive Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic cloves, approximately 1/8 ounce roughly chopped or crushed
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 9.5 oz Pitted Kalamata olives with herbs, drained well
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and pulse until smooth and well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to set up. Use as a sandwich spread or as a dip for veggies or crackers.
  3. Chef's Note: For a coarser texture, simply chop olives and garlic coarsely and stir in olive oil and red wine vinegar.
