Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Avocado
- 14 oz Matchstick carrots
- 5 oz Baby spring mix
- 2 cups Fully cooked chicken breast, heated and diced
- 1/4 cup Reduced fat medium cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Jicama, peeled and sliced
Instructions
- To assemble, layer avocado, carrots, greens, chicken and cheese on each jicama slice.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
