Janktified Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 St. Louis style Spareribs
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Texas style BBQ seasoning
  • 3/4 cup The Jank BBQ Sauce, divided use

Instructions

  1. Heat a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat. Brush ribs with apple cider vinegar on both sides. Season with BBQ seasoning then grill for 5 minutes per side.
  2. Move ribs to the cool side of a charcoal grill or to one side of a gas grill and turn off heat underneath. Use half of Jank sauce to brush on both sides of ribs.
  3. Cover grill and cook 90 minutes, flipping ribs after 45 minutes. In the last 20 minutes, preheat oven to 350˚F.
  4. Transfer ribs to a baking sheet and brush with remaining sauce. Bake 20 minutes.
