Jalapeño Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp Chef Geoff Michaels Spicet Mix
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Teriyaki cooking and dipping sauce
- 1 Green pepper(s), chopped
- 2 tsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Jalapeño peppers, sliced
- 1 lb Extra jumbo gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 White onion(s), chopped
Instructions
- In a non-stick skillet, stir-fry onion, garlic, peppers and jalapenos in olive oil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Stir in shrimp and all other ingredients.
- Reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes.
- Serve over hot rice, bean threads or cellophane noodles.
