Instructions

  1. In a non-stick skillet, stir-fry onion, garlic, peppers and jalapenos in olive oil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Stir in shrimp and all other ingredients.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve over hot rice, bean threads or cellophane noodles.
