Jalapeño Mini Corn Dog Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 oz Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, cut into 24 small cubes
- 4 Oscar Mayer Classic Beef Uncured Franks, each cut into 6 pieces
- 8.5 oz Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 Fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 24-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Set aside briefly.
- Prepare muffin batter as directed on the package. Stir in jalapeño peppers then spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- Press 1 cream cheese cube and 1 hot dog piece into the center of each muffin cup.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until muffins are golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing muffins from pan. Serve topped with honey.
