Jalapeño Mini Corn Dog Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, cut into 24 small cubes
  • 4 Oscar Mayer Classic Beef Uncured Franks, each cut into 6 pieces
  • 8.5 oz Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 Fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 24-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Set aside briefly.
  2. Prepare muffin batter as directed on the package. Stir in jalapeño peppers then spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
  3. Press 1 cream cheese cube and 1 hot dog piece into the center of each muffin cup.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until muffins are golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing muffins from pan. Serve topped with honey.
