Instructions

  1. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and meatballs, and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Stir in tomato paste and water, and continue to cook until water is almost gone and meatballs are heated through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Place a piece of cheese in the center of each wrap and top with 4 meatballs and vegetables. Roll up and enjoy.
  4. Chef's Tip: Lightly toast tortillas before adding filling.
