Ingredients
- 1 Baguette bread
- 8 oz Provolone cheese
- 1 Prosciutto
- 1 Dry salami
- 1 Sopressata
- 1 Greenhouse tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Yellow onions, thin sliced
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 3 tsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 6 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Slice baguette in half lengthwise leaving a hinge on one side.
- Add layers of sliced provolone and deli meats.
- Top with sliced tomatoes, onions and shredded lettuce.
- Make vinaigrette: combine vinegar, mustard, oil and seasoning in a jar. Shake vigorously then drizzle over lettuce.
- Slice as desired.
