Instructions

  1. Cook green beans according to package directions, drain and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil to the green beans and toss to combine.
  3. Combine the red wine vinegar, olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese in a small jar with lid and shake well to combine.
  4. Add the dressing to the salad.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
