Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Sweet onions, chopped
- 1 Red bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
- 1 Green pepper(s), seeded and chopped
- 4 Peeled Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Pure cane extra fine granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 2 Black Beans, rinsed and drained
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onion, red and green bell peppers and garlic for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Add beans; stir until heated.
