Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 Sweet onions, chopped
  • 1 Red bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 1 Green pepper(s), seeded and chopped
  • 4 Peeled Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Pure cane extra fine granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 Black Beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onion, red and green bell peppers and garlic for 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Add beans; stir until heated.
