Instant Pot Beef Caldo

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Instant pot
- 34 oz Water, (4 1/4 cups)
- 1 Beef caldo meal kit
Instructions
- Set Instant Pot on “Sauté” setting.
- Season meat with 1 tablespoon of seasoning. Add oil and meat to pan. Brown meat lightly on all sides.
- Add vegetables, water and remaining seasoning from packet. Stir well.
- Seal pot. Reset pot on “Soup” setting and cook for 30 minutes. Pot may take 10 to 12 minutes to pressurize.
- After cook time is complete, carefully release pressure through quick release valve. Serve caldo in bowls.
