  • 34 oz Water, (4 1/4 cups)
  • 1 Beef caldo meal kit

Instructions

  1. Set Instant Pot on “Sauté” setting.
  2. Season meat with 1 tablespoon of seasoning. Add oil and meat to pan. Brown meat lightly on all sides.
  3. Add vegetables, water and remaining seasoning from packet. Stir well.
  4. Seal pot. Reset pot on “Soup” setting and cook for 30 minutes. Pot may take 10 to 12 minutes to pressurize.
  5. After cook time is complete, carefully release pressure through quick release valve. Serve caldo in bowls.
