Icy Blended Coffee with Hazelnut Cream

Ingredients

  • 5 Large Vanilla ice cream, plus more as needed to reach desired consistency
  • 1 cup Dark roast whole bean coffee, brewed strong, and refrigerated until cold
  • 3/4 cup Hazelnut creamer
  • 1/2 cup Blanched slivered almonds, plus more as needed for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine ice cream, coffee, and hazelnut cream. Blend until smooth, pour into small glasses, top with whipped cream if desired and garnish with slivered almonds.
