Unsaved I Love Mom! Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • 12 Black pepper sea salt crackers
  • 6 Chocolate covered pretzels
  • 6 Strawberry coated pretzels
  • 3 Almond macaroons
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate hummus
  • 8 oz Cheese cubes
  • 3 Macaroons
  • 4 Medium fresh strawberries, washed, dried, halved with stem attached
  • 6 Pepperoni wrapped mozzarella, halved
  • 6 Yogurt covered pretzel

Instructions

  1. Arrange 1 variety of cheese cubes in each corner of the serving tray. Place chocolate hummus in a small cup or dish in center of tray.
  2. Alternate colors of macaroons from each side. Lay pretzels down with 2 of each flavor together in a crescent shape on one side. Lay cut strawberries on other side of tray across from pretzels.
  3. Place crackers in 2 to 3 stacks around edge of tray. Lay pepperoni sticks in twos around edge with one laying over the other. Garnish with mint sprigs.
