Ingredients

  • 1 Organic sprouted multigrain bread, toasted
  • 2 tbsp Mediterranean style hummus
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber, about 6 thin slices
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Toast bread to desired toastiness. Spread hummus evenly over top. Add sliced cucumbers and drizzle with oil.
