Hummus & Cheese Star Kabobs

Ingredients
- 16 slices Whole wheat crust less bread
- 8 tbsp Traditional hummus
- 8 Colby jack cheese slices
- 1 Cucumber, cut into bite size spear
- 16 Cherry tomatoes
- 8 Bamboo Skewers
- 1 Star shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
- Spread each slice of bread with 1 Tbsp. hummus.
- Top with a slice of cheese and another slice of bread.
- Using a star shaped cookie cutter, cut out 8 star shapes.
- Create each skewer by adding a tomato, piece of cucumber, star-shaped sandwich and then repeating the sequence until your desired combination. We used 2 star sandwiches, 3 tomatoes and 3 pieces of cucumber per sandwich kabob.
