Hot Turkey Cranberry Sub

Ingredients
- 1 Long French Bread
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce
- 1/2 cup Pecan pieces
- 4 cups Cooked leftover turkey, shredded
- 6 Havarti cheese slices, sliced
- 5 oz Red onion, sliced, separated into rings
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Spray a large sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Slice bread lengthwise into two halves and place bread, cut-side-up, on prepared baking sheets. Toast the bread for 10 minutes.
- Combine the mayonnaise, cranberry sauce and pecans in a small bowl. Spread the cranberry mayonnaise on both sides of toasted French bread. Layer the shredded turkey on the bottom half of the French Bread and the cheese slices on the top half of the French bread. Arrange both bread halves on prepared sheet pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
- Top the bottom half of the sandwich with the onion rings and the top half of the bread. Insert toothpicks to secure the sandwich and slice into 6 or 8 portions. Enjoy
