Honey Soy Glazed Cod

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 oz Cod fillets, thawed
- 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Less sodium soy sauce
- 1 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Black sesame seed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place cod on a foil sheet pan and season with pepper.
- Pour remaining ingredients into a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Allow sauce to simmer for 2 minutes then remove from heat.
- Place cod in oven and bake for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with glaze.
- Return fish to the oven for an additional 5 to 6 minutes.
- Remove fish from oven, top with more glaze and serve.
