Honey Mustard Pork Chop Bites

Ingredients
- 1 Vegetable Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 4 Boneless thick cut pork chops, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Spicy brown mustard
- 1 tsp Garlic cloves, finely chopped
Instructions
- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle pork pieces on all sides with pepper.
- Place skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned on each side. Remove from skillet.
- Combine soy sauce, broth, honey, mustard and garlic in a small bowl.
- Stirring frequently, add to same skillet and heat 1 minute or until mixture comes to a boil.
- Pour sauce into individual sauce cups and serve with pork bites for dipping.
