Unsaved Honey Mustard Pork Chop Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 4 Boneless thick cut pork chops, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic cloves, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle pork pieces on all sides with pepper.
  3. Place skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned on each side. Remove from skillet.
  4. Combine soy sauce, broth, honey, mustard and garlic in a small bowl.
  5. Stirring frequently, add to same skillet and heat 1 minute or until mixture comes to a boil.
  6. Pour sauce into individual sauce cups and serve with pork bites for dipping.
