  • 1 Turkey breast tenderloins, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 8 Sweet tomatoes
  • 2 Medium lemon(s), quartered

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic and black pepper.
  2. In a large container, pour mixture over turkey; refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Meanwhile, soak 10 to 12 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Thread turkey, tomatoes and lemon wedges on skewers.
  5. Preheat charcoal or gas grill.
  6. Grill kebabs about 15 minutes, turning frequently until no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 170° F.
  7. Baste with honey barbecue sauce during grilling.
  8. Serve over a bed of cilantro.
