Unsaved Hill Country Shrimp Po Boy

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breaded shrimp
  • 8 tbsp Tartar sauce
  • 1 Baguette, cut into 4 pieces then split horizontally
  • 1 lb Shredded lettuce, divided into 4 equal amounts
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into 16 slices
  • 4 tbsp H-E-B That Green Sauce
  • 2 oz Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook shrimp in an Air Fryer for 8 minutes or per package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, spread tartar sauce on baguette pieces.
  3. Lay a bed of lettuce followed by 4 tomato slices on the bottom half of each baguette piece.
  4. Add shrimp and a drizzle of That Green Sauce. Garnish with fresh cilantro and add top halves of baguette. Enjoy.
