- 1 1/4 cups MooTopia lactose free fat free milk
- 1/4 cup Vanilla cream 100% whey protein
Instructions
- Combine frozen fruit, sugar replacement, milk and protein powder in a blender.
- Process mixture for 1 minute until smooth and frozen.
