Unsaved Hershey's Milk Chocolate Kisses Cookies

Ingredients

  • 18 Marshmallows
  • 36 Hershey's Kisses Milk Chocolate Candy
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Hershey's Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 cup Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips Baking Supplies Bag

Instructions

  1. Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixer bowl until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until well blended.
  2. Roll dough into 36 balls (about 1-1/2 inches). Place on prepared cookie sheets and flatten slightly. Bake in batches for 6 to 7 minutes.
  3. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in chocolate chips then chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and top each cookie with a marshmallow half. Continue baking for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed but not browning and cookie edges are just set. (Total bake time should be about 10 minutes.)
  5. Remove from oven, cool for 3 minutes then gently press a chocolate piece into the center of each marshmallow. Allow cookies to cool completely on cookie sheet before removing to a wire rack. Makes 36 cookies.
