Hershey's Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups All purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup Hershey's Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup Light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 cup Chopped nuts
  • 2 cups Hershey's Special Dark Mildly Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips Bag

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside briefly.
  3. Place butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed until creamy. Add eggs and beat well.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips, and nuts (if desired). Drop by rounded teaspoons on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool slightly then remove from cookie sheet to a wire rack.
