  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta, prepared according to package directions
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Italian parsley
  • 3/4 lb Peeled white shrimp, 51/70 ct.

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high adding tomatoes and oil. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, just until tomatoes start to wilt.
  2. Add shrimp, stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes, just until they start to turn whitish-pink.
  3. Turn heat down to medium and add sauce. Stir to coat shrimp. Bring to a simmer and add pasta to pan. Stir just to heat through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with parsley.
