Unsaved Herbed Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 8 oz H-E-B Cream Cheese, regular, softened
  • 1/3 cup Cucumber yogurt dip
  • 4 tsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • 7 oz Round appetizer crackers
  • 4 oz Smoked salmon cut into 1-inch square slices
  • 3 Green onion(s)

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, cucumber dill sauce, onions and dill in a small bowl. Season to taste with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon herbed cream cheese on each cracker and top with a thin slice of smoked salmon and a small sprig of dill.
