Ingredients
- 16 oz Whole milk fresh mozzarella ciliegine, liquid drained completely
- 6.2 oz Pitted kalamata olives, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 Garlic cloves, zest or finely minced
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss everything together to coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl with toothpicks or as part of a salad.
