Unsaved Herb Marinated Mozzarella and Olive Bites

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Whole milk fresh mozzarella ciliegine, liquid drained completely
  • 6.2 oz Pitted kalamata olives, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 Garlic cloves, zest or finely minced
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss everything together to coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Serve in a bowl with toothpicks or as part of a salad.
