Herb Butter Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 12 oz Broccoli & cauliflower florets
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 oz Rosemary & garlic cooking sauce
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place broccoli & cauliflower mix on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and turn oven up to broil.
- Pour sauce over veggies and stir to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Return to broiler 2 to 3 minutes, or until edges are light brown. Serve immediately
