Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Dried Red Lentils
- 1 lb Baby Yukon Gold potatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup White onions, diced
- 1 tbsp Fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups Kale, chopped
- 28 oz Can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 8 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook 8 hours.
- Serve with crusty bread and Parmesan cheese.
