Hearty Skillet Queso

Ingredients
- 6 oz Fresh pork light sausage
- 1/2 cup Green onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Fat free milk
- 2 cups Mexican style blend shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 cups H‑E‑B That's Salsa Bout Texas Medium Salsa”
- 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sausage to pan and sauté 12 to 15 minutes until fully cooked through and starting to brown.
- Stir in onions and milk and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add cheese, salsa and cilantro and simmer 5 more minutes.
- Place skillet under broiler for 2 minutes to brown top.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
