Ingredients
- 2 Lemon(s), sliced
- 1 Olive oil no-stick cooking spray
- 4 Alaskan cod fillets
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning Blend
Instructions
- Spray both sides of fish with cooking spray and season with Mrs. Dash.
- Place in a Pyrex baking dish and grate fresh lemon zest over fish.
- Bake fish at 425°F for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over fish.
- Serve with brown rice and broccoli if desired.
