Ingredients

  • 2 Lemon(s), sliced
  • 1 Olive oil no-stick cooking spray
  • 4 Alaskan cod fillets
  • 1 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning Blend

Instructions

  1. Spray both sides of fish with cooking spray and season with Mrs. Dash.
  2. Place in a Pyrex baking dish and grate fresh lemon zest over fish.
  3. Bake fish at 425°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over fish.
  5. Serve with brown rice and broccoli if desired.
