Healthy Breakfast Taco

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green pepper(s), chopped
  • 1/2 cup White onion(s), chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Hill Country Fare Original Real Egg
  • 6 H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over high heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the oil, chopped tomatoes, bell pepper and onions.
  3. Stir-fry the tomato mixture for 2 minutes or until the onion is soft.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium low and add the egg.
  5. Stir-fry the egg mixture until the eggs are cooked. Keep eggs warm.
  6. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  7. Add egg mixture evenly into each tortilla.
