Ham Peas And Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable oil no-stick cooking spray
  • 2 cups Egg noodles, uncooked
  • 2 cups Cubed ham, chopped
  • 10.5 oz Condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 14.5 oz Canned sweet peas, drained
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup Seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Cook wide egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  4. Using the same cooking pot, combine cooked noodles, ham, mushroom condensed soup, peas and cheese.
  5. Spread noodle-mushroom mixture in prepared baking dish; loosely cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and discard foil.
  7. Sprinkle casserole with bread crumbs and bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
