Gyros Style Pita Pocket Burgers

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Fully cooked lean burgers
  • 8 oz Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Non fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemons, juiced
  • 1 tbsp White sesame seeds, toasted
  • 6 Pita pocket, original

Instructions

  1. Heat burgers according to package instructions.
  2. Combine lettuce, cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl.
  3. Slice pita bread in half.
  4. Slice hamburgers in half and fill pocket with half a burger and top with lettuce mixture.
