Ingredients
- 1 Red bell pepper, cored, seeded and roughly chopped
- 1 Green bell pepper, roughly chopped
- 1 Zucchini squash, roughly chopped
- 1 Cucumber, roughly chopped
- 1 bunch Cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 bunch Curly leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp Chicken Fajita Spice Blend
- 15.5 oz Marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1 1/2 cups Low sodium vegetable broth
Instructions
- Place vegetables and fajita seasoning in food processor and mince.
- Add marinara sauce, oil, lime juice, and broth.
- Chill 30 minutes before serving.
