Guacamole Deviled Eggs

Unsaved Guacamole Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 Large eggs
  • 8 oz Mild guacamole
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Small lime(s), zested
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Dried cilantro

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a pan covered by 1 inch of cool water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer 12 minutes.
  2. Remove eggs from heat and place them in cool water. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Reserve yolks in a bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with guacamole, mayonnaise, lime zest and salt.
  5. Spoon filling into hard boiled egg halves and top with cilantro. Chill and serve.
