Guacamole (Avocado Dip)

Ingredients

  • 4 Large avocados, peeled and seeded
  • 2 tbsp Lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream, regular
  • 1 cup Fresh, vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup White onion, chopped
  • 1 Fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Place avocados in a medium-size bowl and mash.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  4. Serve with corn chips or refrigerate for later use (no longer than 1 or 2 days).
  5. Makes 2 cups.
