Guacamole (Avocado Dip)

Ingredients
- 4 Large avocados, peeled and seeded
- 2 tbsp Lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup Sour cream, regular
- 1 cup Fresh, vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup White onion, chopped
- 1 Fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Instructions
- Place avocados in a medium-size bowl and mash.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Serve with corn chips or refrigerate for later use (no longer than 1 or 2 days).
- Makes 2 cups.
