Instructions

  1. Place canola oil in a large wok or sauté pan over high heat. Add ground chicken and sauté until lightly browned.
  2. Lower heat to medium-high and add green onion, ginger, and garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in bok choy and 1 tablespoon water, over and cook 2 minutes until bok choy is crisp-tender.
  4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil and stir 30 seconds.
