Unsaved Grilled Turkey Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Turkey breast cutlets
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 15 oz Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 bunch Green onion(s), chopped
  • 1/2 cup Fat-free raspberry vinaigrette
  • 1 bunch Organic radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat charcoal or gas grill.
  2. Grill turkey, turning every 5 minutes, 20 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
  3. Let cool then cut into 1-inch pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, toss turkey with remaining ingredients.
  5. Serve immediately.
