Grilled Soy Sriracha Wings
5 min prep
20 min cook
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 3 lb Raw Chicken Wings, rinse and pat dry
- 4 tbsp Adam's Reserve Asian House All Purpose Rub
- 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/3 cup Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Soy Sriracha Glaze
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium, about 350ºF on a gas grill.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with Adam’s Reserve Asian House All Purpose Rub until evenly coated.
- Place wings on the grill, crowding them together so they touch (this goes against conventional wisdom, but you want them to steam a little so they stay moist). Grill 20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes or so.
- During the last 10 minutes of grilling, heat butter and soy sriracha glaze in a saucepan over low heat; whisk to combine.
- In a clean large bowl, toss wings with sauce then transfer to the grill for 1 to 2 minutes to crisp up skins. Place back in bowl, toss and serve.
