Grilled Soy Sriracha Wings

Unsaved Grilled Soy Sriracha Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Raw Chicken Wings, rinse and pat dry
  • 4 tbsp Adam's Reserve Asian House All Purpose Rub
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/3 cup Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Soy Sriracha Glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium, about 350ºF on a gas grill.
  2. In a large bowl, toss wings with Adam’s Reserve Asian House All Purpose Rub until evenly coated.
  3. Place wings on the grill, crowding them together so they touch (this goes against conventional wisdom, but you want them to steam a little so they stay moist). Grill 20 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes or so.
  4. During the last 10 minutes of grilling, heat butter and soy sriracha glaze in a saucepan over low heat; whisk to combine.
  5. In a clean large bowl, toss wings with sauce then transfer to the grill for 1 to 2 minutes to crisp up skins. Place back in bowl, toss and serve.
