Unsaved Grilled Peaches with Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 6 Peaches, halved, with seeds removed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Butter flavor no-stick cooking spray
  • 3 cups Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F).
  2. Sprinkle cut side of each peach half with cinnamon. Place peaches on a baking sheet and spray each with nonstick spray.
  3. Spray a vegetable grilling rack or basket with nonstick spray. Arrange peaches, cut side down on rack or basket.
  4. Grill peaches for 3 minutes on each side. Place 2 peach halves on a plate and top with ice cream.
